Refund Policy
Effective: October 11, 2026
If Level is not right for you, you can get your money back. Every payment for a Level plan — the first one and each renewal, monthly or yearly — can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge, for any reason.
1. How to request a refund
Level plans are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are issued by Paddle. To request one:
- go to paddle.net, find your order by the email you paid with, and choose to request a refund; or
- reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you; or
- write to us at help@marketing-bar.com and we will pass it to Paddle.
The money goes back to the payment method used for the order, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
2. What happens to your plan
A refunded payment ends the period it paid for: your account moves to the Free plan, and your organizations, reports and data stay. If you use more than the Free plan allows, editing is locked until you remove the extra items or choose a paid plan again.
3. After 14 days
After 14 days a payment is not refunded for a change of mind, but you can cancel at any time in Profile › Subscription › Manage billing: the plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. We still refund later when the law requires it, or when the Service did not work as described and we could not fix it.
4. Changing plans
Switching to a lower plan or from yearly to monthly billing is not a refund: the unused part of the current period becomes credit on your next bill. If you would rather have that amount refunded, and the payment is less than 14 days old, ask as described above.
