Terms of Service

Effective: October 11, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Level application at app.marketing-bar.com and any Level plan you buy (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Marketing Bar LLC, a California limited liability company based in Los Angeles, California (“Marketing Bar”, “we”, “our”, “us”). Use of the marketing website is covered by the separate Website Terms .

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Refund Policy . If you use the Service on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you can bind it to these Terms, and “you” means that organization. Enterprise customers may have a separate written agreement with us; where it differs from these Terms, that agreement prevails.

2. Accounts and organizations

  • You must give accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • The person who creates an organization in Level is its owner. The owner’s plan sets the limits of every organization they own, and members they invite act within the access the owner grants them.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and use the Service for business purposes.

3. Plans and prices

Level offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business) with the limits and features described on our pricing page . Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or similar taxes are added where they apply and are shown at checkout. Enterprise plans are arranged with our team directly.

4. Payments through Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you buy a plan, you buy it from Paddle, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to the purchase. Paddle collects your payment details; we never see or store your full card number. Invoices, receipts and payment methods are managed in your billing account with Paddle, which you reach from Profile › Subscription › Manage billing in Level or at paddle.net.

5. Renewal and cancellation

  • Automatic renewal. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) and the price of the new period is charged to your payment method, until you cancel.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in Manage billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period except as described in the Refund Policy.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal charge fails, Paddle retries it over the following days and your plan keeps working meanwhile. If the payment is still not collected, the subscription is cancelled and your account moves to the Free plan.

6. Changing plans

You can switch between plans or between monthly and yearly billing in Level. The change applies immediately: moving up is charged for the rest of the current period on a prorated basis, and the unused part of a period you move away from becomes credit on your next bill. If your new plan has lower limits than what you use (organizations, ad accounts, members), editing in your organizations is locked until you remove the extra items or move back up. Your data is kept while locked.

7. Price changes

We may change the price of a plan. A new price applies to an existing subscription only from its next renewal, and we will tell you by email at least 30 days before that renewal, so you can cancel first if you do not accept it.

8. Your data and connected accounts

You keep all rights to the data you bring into Level, including data imported from the advertising platforms you connect (such as Google Ads and Meta). You give us permission to access, store and process that data only to provide the Service to you; we do not sell it or use it to advertise to others. You confirm you have the right to connect each account you connect. You can disconnect an account or delete an organization at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to help@marketing-bar.com.

The Service depends on those platforms’ APIs. If a platform changes or withdraws access, the related features may change or stop, and this is not a breach of these Terms.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service in breach of law or of the terms of the advertising platforms you connect;
  • access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
  • reverse-engineer the Service, bypass its limits or security, or overload it (including through the API beyond your plan’s quota);
  • resell the Service or give access to people outside your organization except as members you invite.

10. The Service

We work to keep Level available and accurate, and we improve it over time, which may add, change or remove features. Reported numbers come from the advertising platforms and may differ from them due to their own delays and corrections. Unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise, the Service has no guaranteed uptime.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your organizations at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, fails to pay, or puts the Service or other customers at risk; where practical we will notify you first and give you a chance to export your data.

12. Disclaimer

Apart from what these Terms expressly say, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing Bar LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law where you live.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date. For material changes we will notify account owners by email or in the application at least 30 days before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Nothing in this section overrides a mandatory consumer-law provision of your country or state of residence.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms or your account: help@marketing-bar.com, or the contact form . Questions about a charge, a receipt or a refund go to Paddle at paddle.net.
