AgencyAnalytics Alternatives: Cost per Client Compared

AgencyAnalytics charges a flat $20 per client. Whether an alternative is cheaper depends almost entirely on how many clients you have and which channels you report on, so we ran one agency roster through every pricing model.

AgencyAnalytics alternatives cover: cost per client at 10 clients with Google Ads and Meta each is $20.00 on AgencyAnalytics Core, $2.00 on Reporting Ninja Starter and from €99.90 on Whatagraph Max. Prices checked 2026-10-11.

The main AgencyAnalytics alternatives are DashThis, Swydo, Whatagraph, Reporting Ninja, Databox, and Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) with a paid connector, plus Level for agencies that only run Google Ads and Meta. On list prices checked October 11, 2026, an agency with 10 clients pays $20.00 per client per month on AgencyAnalytics Core, $13.90 on DashThis, €11.40 on Swydo, $2.00 on Reporting Ninja, and from €99.90 on Whatagraph Max. The cheapest option changes with roster size, so the table below prices 5, 10 and 25 clients.

A disclosure first: we build Level, so weigh our take on it accordingly. We kept Level to the facts on its own pricing page and wrote a section on when not to pick it. For a broader feature comparison of agency reporting tools, see our agency dashboard tools comparison; this page is about price per client and fit.

TL;DR

Key takeaways

  • AgencyAnalytics Core is $20 per client per month on annual billing, with unlimited staff, 85+ integrations and a white-labeled client portal. The price per client stays flat as you grow.
  • Bundle pricing beats it once the bundle is full: DashThis drops to $13.90 per client at 10 clients and $11.16 at 25, but costs $27.80 per client at 5.
  • The cheapest paid options at 10 clients are Reporting Ninja Starter ($2.00 per client) and Data Studio with Windsor.ai Basic ($1.90), both with more setup and less polish.
  • Pick by channel mix first: SEO-heavy multi-channel agencies need rank tracking and 40+ integrations; paid-media-only agencies can use a narrower tool.
  • Every price here comes from a vendor's own pricing page on 2026-10-11. Anything a page did not publish is marked "not published."

What does AgencyAnalytics do?

AgencyAnalytics is client reporting software for marketing agencies. It connects to ad platforms, analytics, SEO and social tools, then builds dashboards and scheduled reports for each client under the agency's brand.

Per its pricing page (checked 2026-10-11), there is one plan, Core, at $20 per client per month billed annually. It includes unlimited data sources, reports and staff accounts, 85+ integrations, a white-labeled client portal, goals and alerts, anomaly detection, AI insights, and benchmarks. Rank tracking is a paid add-on: $41.67 a month per 500 keywords on annual billing. Agencies with 25+ clients are offered discounted per-client pricing through sales, with the rate not published.

Why agencies look for an AgencyAnalytics alternative

The reasons in agency threads and comparison pages come down to three:

  • The bill grows one-for-one with clients. At $20 per client, 10 clients cost $200 a month and 25 cost $500 before any volume discount. A small client on a $500 retainer carries the same reporting cost as a large one.
  • Paid-media agencies pay for channels they never connect. The 85+ integrations and SEO add-ons matter to a full-service agency; a Google Ads and Meta shop uses two of them.
  • Annual billing is the advertised price. The pricing page markets 20% savings on annual billing; month-to-month costs more per client.

None of this makes AgencyAnalytics a bad choice. A flat per-client price is the easiest number to pass through on a client invoice, and for a growing multi-channel agency that predictability is worth something.

AgencyAnalytics alternatives: cost per client at 5, 10 and 25 clients

Vendors price on different units: per client, per dashboard, per data source, per credit, per account pack. The only fair comparison runs the same roster through each. Our roster: every client has one dashboard and two ad accounts (Google Ads and Meta). Annual billing unless noted; euro prices shown as listed, not converted.

Bar chart: cost per client per month at 10 clients with Google Ads and Meta each: Whatagraph Max from €99.90, AgencyAnalytics Core $20.00, Databox Agency $19.90, DashThis Professional $13.90, Swydo €11.40, Reporting Ninja Starter $2.00, Data Studio plus Windsor.ai Basic $1.90.

At 10 clients, list prices span from $1.90 to €99.90 per client per month. Source: vendors' pricing pages, checked October 11, 2026.

Notes on the math:

  • Swydo lists €62/month for the base on annual billing; the page does not say whether extra sources are discounted on annual, so the row uses monthly billing.
  • Databox Agency includes 4 clients and 20 data sources in the $79 base, per the plan calculator on its pricing page; each $20 pack adds 1 client and 5 sources. White-label branding is an $80/month add-on, which lifts the per-client cost to $35.80, $27.90 and $23.16.
  • Whatagraph Max starts at 50 credits. At 10 clients you use 20 and pay for 50.
  • Data Studio + Windsor.ai excludes the hours to build and maintain the dashboards. Windsor.ai Basic syncs daily.
  • Level Business covers 5 client organizations. Above that, Enterprise is priced per agency: limits and price are set to your client count, by quote.

The pricing model matters more than the headline price as the roster grows:

Grouped column chart of cost per client at 5, 10 and 25 clients: AgencyAnalytics Core stays at $20; DashThis falls from $27.80 to $13.90 to $11.16; Databox Agency stays near $20 at $19.80, $19.90 and $19.96.

DashThis is more expensive than AgencyAnalytics at 5 clients and 30% cheaper at 10, because you pay for the 10-dashboard plan either way. Databox Agency tracks AgencyAnalytics almost exactly until you add white-label. If your roster sits just above a bundle boundary (11 clients on DashThis means the 25-dashboard plan), the per-client math can flip.

The best AgencyAnalytics alternatives, tool by tool

DashThis

Plans by number of dashboards: Individual $44/month for 3, Professional $139 for 10, Business $279 for 25, Standard $429 for 50, all paid yearly; monthly billing is $54, $164, $324 and $499. Unlimited users and white-label on every plan, per DashThis' pricing page. The best fit for an agency with a stable roster that fills its bundle.

Swydo

One plan with every feature: €69/month (or $69 outside the EU) including 10 data sources, then €4.50 per source from 11 to 100. Unlimited clients, users, dashboards and reports. Each connected account counts as a source, so cost scales with accounts, not clients. Its integrations list covers 11 ad platforms plus GA4, Search Console, Semrush, SE Ranking, AccuRanker and two call-tracking tools, which makes it the closest like-for-like swap for a multi-channel agency.

Whatagraph

Max starts at €999/month billed annually with 50 credits, one per connected account; Prime is custom-priced and adds a custom domain, which is an add-on on Max. Unlimited users and reports. The most expensive per client on our roster until you approach 50 accounts.

Reporting Ninja

Plans by number of reports and accounts: Starter $25/month ($20 annual) for 10 reports and 10 accounts of each type, Small $50 ($40) for 30, Medium $88 ($70) for 70, Large $150 ($120) for 150. Every plan includes all integrations, white-label and a client portal. The integrations page lists 27, including TikTok, LinkedIn, Search Console and Shopify, with no rank tracker among them. The cheapest per-client platform on our roster.

Databox (Agency plan)

$79/month billed annually ($99 monthly) for the base, then $20 per client pack ($25 monthly). Unlimited users. Databox is a general business dashboard tool with an agency plan; remove-our-branding white-label costs $80/month extra.

Data Studio with a paid connector

Google's Data Studio (renamed back from Looker Studio in April 2026) is free and has native Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console connectors. Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn need a paid connector: Windsor.ai Basic at $19/month on annual billing covers 3 sources and 75 accounts; Porter Metrics charges $15 for one account and $100 flat for 13–20. You get the lowest bill and you own the build. Our Looker Studio alternatives guide covers its documented limits, and the Supermetrics alternatives breakdown compares the connectors.

Level

Level connects Google Ads and Meta Ads only. Each client is an organization. Free is $0 for 1 organization and 2 ad accounts with core metrics only. Pro is $50/month or $40 billed yearly for 1 organization, 5 ad accounts, 3 members and hourly sync. Business is $250/month or $200 billed yearly for 5 organizations, 10 members, and creative and video reports. Revenue is defined once per account through conversion mapping, dashboards can be shared, exported and sent on a schedule, and targets come with pacing and alerts. White-label is limited to your logo and accent color; our white-label reporting guide puts that against the deeper options.

Which AgencyAnalytics alternative fits your agency?

Two questions decide most of it: which channels do your clients pay you to run, and how much will you build yourself.

Decision matrix: paid-media-only agencies with a $10+ per-client budget fit a paid-media reporting tool such as Level; multi-channel agencies with that budget fit AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Swydo or Databox Agency; paid-media-only agencies under $5 per client fit Data Studio with Google's Ads connector plus a Meta connector; multi-channel agencies under $5 per client fit Reporting Ninja or Data Studio plus Windsor.ai.

If none of these fits because the reporting itself is the problem (definitions differ across clients, nobody owns the dashboards), Marketing Bar builds custom reporting for agencies on whichever tool you pick. Our agency report template shows what a client report needs regardless of the tool.

When not to pick Level

We build Level, so here is where it is the wrong choice:

  • You report on SEO, GA4, social organic, LinkedIn, TikTok or call tracking. Level connects Google Ads and Meta Ads only. A full-service agency would need a second tool, and AgencyAnalytics or Swydo alone would cost less.
  • You have more than 5 clients and want a published price. Business covers 5 organizations; beyond that it is Enterprise with custom limits, priced by quote.
  • You need full white-label. Level shows your logo and accent color. It has no custom domain, no email from your address and no branded client portal.
  • Cost per client is the only criterion. At 5 clients Level Business is $40 per client on annual billing, twice AgencyAnalytics and ten times Reporting Ninja.

Level fits a paid-media agency or in-house team where ROAS and revenue have to be counted the same way in every report, across Google Ads and Meta, with hourly sync. If that is you, Level's pricing has a free plan for 2 ad accounts, or book a Level demo with your own accounts.

How we priced this

All prices come from each vendor's public pricing page, opened on October 11, 2026, at list price with no negotiated discounts. The roster is fixed: one dashboard or report per client, two connected ad accounts per client (Google Ads and Meta). Per-client cost is the cheapest plan that covers the roster, divided by the number of clients. Annual billing is used wherever the page shows it; Swydo uses monthly billing because its per-source price on annual billing is not shown. Euro prices are shown as listed. Databox's included clients come from the plan calculator on its pricing page. Where a vendor did not publish a price (AgencyAnalytics at 25+ clients, Whatagraph Prime, Level above 5 organizations), we wrote "not published" rather than estimate. Reportz was on our list, but its pricing page did not load for us, so it is left out. Prices change; check the linked pages before you buy.
