Account health

Hourly checks on every Meta and Google ad account — spend, conversions, delivery, landing pages, catalogs, creatives — with a matrix of every account against every check, and a drawer that says exactly what to fix.

Reports tell you what an ad account did. Health tells you whether it is still able to do it: whether it is spending, whether purchases are still being recorded, whether the ads point at pages that load, and whether the creatives fit the placements they run in.

Level checks every Meta and Google ad account of the organization once an hour and keeps what it finds on one screen, Health in the sidebar. A problem stays listed until a later check no longer sees it.

The Health screen: the summary on top, every open finding below it, then the accounts.

What you need

  • The Pro plan or above. On Free there is no Health entry in the sidebar; the screen, opened from a link, explains what Health does and offers the upgrade.
  • Meta or Google ad accounts. TikTok and Campaign Manager accounts are not checked, so they do not appear here.

Reading the screen

The summary tiles count the accounts that have been checked, the checks currently critical and the ones in warning, and when the last run finished.

Findings lists every check that is critical or in warning, across all accounts, critical first and the most recent problem first within each. When nothing is open it shrinks to a single line. Details opens the check in the drawer — see A check in detail.

Accounts shows every account against every check, in one of two views. The switch sits at the right of the section heading, and Level remembers the one you picked. Next to it, Needs attention hides the accounts with nothing to report.

Matrix

One row per account, one cell per check, Meta and Google accounts grouped apart and the worst accounts at the top of each group. A healthy cell is a pale green; a warning is amber, a critical one red, so a screen of healthy accounts reads by its exceptions.

Every account against every check. The last row counts how many accounts each check flagged.

The legend above the matrix names every state. Three of them are not problems, and they are not the same thing:

CellMeans
Dashed outlineNothing to check — the check ran and found nothing to judge (no catalog in use, not enough purchase history).
StripedCould not run — the check wanted to look and could not: a landing page timed out, the platform refused a request. The account is not called healthy while this is so.
DashTurned off — switched off for this account in its check settings.

A blank cell is a check the platform does not have — Creative, Identity and CTA are Meta-only, Product impressions is Google-only.

Hover a cell to read the check's own sentence; click it to open the check in the drawer. The Accounts with issues row at the bottom counts the accounts each check flagged: amber or red in one column across several accounts usually means one cause behind all of them — a shared domain, a shared catalog.

Table

The same accounts as a table you can sort by health, name, share of checks passing and time of the last check. Spend and Purchases show those two checks' own figures, so the accounts that matter most are easy to find.

The table view, with one account unfolded into its checks.

Click a row to unfold every check that runs for the account. On a phone the table keeps the account, its status and its actions, and the checks are one tap away.

A check in detail

Clicking a cell, a check in an unfolded row, or Details in Findings opens the check in a drawer on the right. The address of the page changes with it, so a link to an open drawer can be shared — and the links in health notifications open straight into it.

What the check found, grouped by the rule each ad broke.
  • The summary — the status, what the check found, and since when it has been this way.
  • How this check decides — the rule, in one paragraph.
  • What to fix — the individual campaigns, ads or products behind the finding, grouped by the rule they broke, with a link to open each one in Ads Manager or Google Ads.
  • History — this check's result in the recent runs.

Identity and Call to action compare every ad against what the rest of the account uses. The drawer shows what that is, and lets you pin a Page, an Instagram profile or a button as the one the account should use; ads that differ from the pinned one are flagged from the next run on.

Choosing which checks run

The sliders icon on an account's row opens its check settings. A check switched off stops running and stops alerting for that account; in the matrix it shows as a dash.

Per-account check settings. Nothing changes until Apply Changes.

Apply to the other Meta accounts (or Google) copies this account's settings to every other account of the same platform. It replaces their settings rather than merging, so the confirmation lists what would change — including a check someone switched off on purpose that would come back on.

Running checks

Checks run on their own every hour. To check sooner:

  • Check all now at the top of the screen queues every account you are allowed to run.
  • The refresh icon on an account's row queues just that one.

While an account is being checked its row says Checking… and the screen updates by itself when the run finishes. An account already being checked, or checked a moment ago, is skipped with a note saying so.

The checks

CheckPlatformsFlags
Account statusMeta, GoogleCritical: the account is disabled, closed, suspended or over its spend cap. Warning: a grace period or a pending review.
SpendMeta, GoogleCritical: nothing was spent yesterday although active ads spent before. Warning: nothing spent today after 08:00 account time.
Purchases & value (48 h)Meta, GoogleCritical: the last 48 hours spent money but recorded no purchases or no value, for an account that usually converts at least once a day.
DeliveryMeta, GoogleWarning: active ads, ad sets or campaigns with delivery issues or disapprovals — on Google, also not eligible.
Dates in namesMeta, GoogleWarning: an active campaign, ad set or ad whose name carries a date range that has already ended.
Landing pagesMeta, GoogleWarning: a final URL of an active ad answers with an error, times out, or points at a domain that is not the organization's website.
Product catalog (Merchant Center on Google)Meta, GoogleCritical: the catalog or Merchant Center link behind active campaigns is missing or has nothing that can serve. Warning: a jump in products that cannot serve.
Product impressionsGoogleCritical: every product is at 0–10 impressions today although yesterday had impressions — usually a broken Merchant Center link.
Creative ↔ placementMetaWarning: a vertical asset shown in Feed, or a landscape one in Stories and Reels, with no version for that placement — it renders cropped.
IdentityMetaCritical: an ad runs with no Facebook Page. Warning: Instagram placements with no Instagram profile, or an ad under a profile the account does not otherwise use.
Call to actionMetaWarning: an ad shows a button the rest of the account does not, or no button at all.
