Your profile

The Profile page — your subscription and usage, access codes, sign-in settings, and email verification.

The Profile page (profile menu, top right) is where your account-level things live: which plan you're on and how much of it you're using, plus sign-in and email settings. Everything else in Level is per-organization; this page is about you.

Subscription

The Subscription card shows your plan badge (FREE, PRO, BUSINESS, ENTERPRISE), the subscription status, and "Renews / expires {date}" — or "No expiry — open-ended plan". Below it, Usage meters count everything your plan limits: your organizations, then ad accounts and team members for each organization you own, as used / limit.

Business and Enterprise show Priority support here; lower plans show it with a lock as a nudge. Either way, the Contact support button reaches us — priority just means Business+ requests are handled first.

Activate access code

Paid plans are activated by code — enter it here and press Activate. Codes for a higher plan switch you immediately; codes for your current plan extend it. Full rules in Access codes.

Sign-in settings

"Change your password and connect or disconnect Google and Facebook. These settings apply across Marketing Bar." — the Manage sign-in button takes you to your shared account settings on accounts.marketing-bar.com, since one account signs you into every Marketing Bar product. That's also why there's no password form inside Level itself. More in Signing in.

Email verification

If your email isn't confirmed yet, this card sends the link: Send confirmation email, then click it from your inbox. Once done, the card shows a Verified badge. An unconfirmed email blocks signing in on every route — so if you're reading this signed in, you're probably fine.

The profile menu

Next to your avatar, the profile menu also holds:

  • Restart guide — bring back the Get started tour.
  • What's new — release notes for the version you're on.
  • Contact support — the support form, from anywhere.
  • Switch account — sign in as someone else without signing out of other Marketing Bar products.
  • Log out.
