Access codes
Redeem an access code to activate or extend a plan, and read your usage meters on the Profile page.
An access code is how a paid plan lands on your account: a short code like
PRO-XXXX-XXXX that carries a plan and a duration. You'll receive one from the
Level team — there's no self-serve checkout.
Redeeming a code
- Open your Profile (profile menu, top right).
- Find the Activate access code card — "Enter a subscription code to activate or upgrade your plan."
- Paste the code and press Activate.
On success you'll see "Plan activated — You're now on the PRO plan." (or whichever plan the code carries), and the Subscription card updates immediately — sync frequency and unlocked features switch right away, no sign-out needed.
How codes stack
- A code for a higher plan than yours switches you to it immediately. The new period starts now and runs for the code's duration.
- A code for your current plan adds its days to the time you have left — a 30-day Pro code on top of 20 remaining Pro days leaves you with 50.
- A code for a lower plan than your current one is rejected — it would be a downgrade, not a top-up.
Reading the Subscription card
The Profile page shows where you stand:
- The plan badge (
FREE,PRO,BUSINESS,ENTERPRISE) and status. - "Renews / expires {date}" — or "No expiry — open-ended plan" if your plan was granted without an end date.
- Usage meters: organizations on your account, then ad accounts and team members
for each organization you own, as
used / limit. A meter turns red when you're over — "Over your plan limit — delete some to fit or upgrade."
When a plan ends
When a paid period runs out, the account returns to Free. If what you have still fits Free's limits, nothing else changes. If not, the account goes read-only and syncing pauses until you delete down to the limits or activate a new code — see what happens if you go over the limits.
