Plans & limits

What each Level plan includes — organizations, members, ad accounts, sync frequency, and the features Pro and Business unlock.

Every Level account is on a plan — Free, Pro, Business, or Enterprise. The plan sets how much you can connect and how often data refreshes, and it unlocks feature areas as you move up. Your current plan lives on your Profile page, shown as a badge like PRO next to usage meters for everything the plan counts.

Limits are counted per organization (except organizations themselves, which are counted per account). Enterprise starts from the Business feature set with limits raised individually — contact support to talk about it.

What Pro unlocks

  • Segments and campaign tagging — including automatic tagging by segment code, and the Segments report type.
  • Conversion mapping — wire the platforms' purchase, revenue, and lead events into Level's system metrics.
  • Revenue metrics — Revenue, Purchases, ROAS, CPA, AOV, Lead, CPL. On Free these metrics aren't available at all; reports show cost- and traffic-side numbers only.
  • Custom metrics — conversion sums and formulas.
  • Targets and pacing — plan any metric per ad account, watch the month against the plan, and get told when a budget drifts.
  • Dashboards — boards of KPI tiles, charts, tables, notes and target pacing, shared per role and exported to a branded PDF.
  • Multi-currency reports — pick any of 25 currencies per report. Free reports are always in USD.
  • Inviting members — bring teammates into your organization by email.

What Business adds

  • Videos and Creatives reports — per-ad and per-video breakdowns, powered by the separate Creatives data pipeline on each ad account.
  • Teams, roles & permissions — create teams and sub-teams, define roles, and control who can see and do what.
  • The public API — read-only HTTP access to reports, campaigns, ad accounts and segments, at 1 000 requests an hour.
  • Wire — organic search, traffic and social analytics alongside the ad reports.
  • Telegram and Slack notifications — forward an organization's alerts into a team chat. In-app notifications are on every plan.
  • Scheduled reports — a dashboard sent as a PDF by email and to the organization's Telegram chat, every day, week or month.
  • Priority support — your requests are handled first.
  • More room: up to 5 organizations, 10 members and 25 ad accounts per organization.

How the plan is shared

The subscription belongs to the organization owner. Everyone working inside an owner's organizations gets the capabilities of the owner's plan there — members don't need their own paid plan to use Pro or Business features in your workspace.

Upgrading

There is no self-serve checkout. You get Pro or Business by redeeming an access code on your Profile page, or by contacting support.

When you hit a limit, the app says so in place — for example: "This organization's plan allows up to 5 ad account(s). Upgrade to connect more." Features you can't use yet appear with their plan tag, like Add Member · Pro or Create Team · Business.

What happens if you go over the limits

If your plan shrinks under what you already have — a code expires, or you downgrade — your account switches to read-only until it fits the plan again:

  • Every organization you own, and its reports, opens in read-only.
  • Syncing pauses; ad accounts show Sync paused ("Paused by your subscription plan").
  • A banner explains which limit is exceeded: "Your account is over its plan limits (too many organizations / too many connected ad accounts / too many team members). Delete resources to fit your plan or upgrade to unlock."
  • The public API stops serving data — it answers subscription-locked on every data endpoint. Unlike the app, this blocks reads too; /v1/me keeps answering so an integration can tell why it went quiet.

Deleting things always works — that's the way out. As soon as everything fits your plan again (or you upgrade), the account unlocks and syncing resumes on its own.
