Export to PDF
Turn a dashboard into a branded PDF — document text, cover page, the organization's logo and accent, page orientation and widgets — then download it or print it.
Export in the dashboard's header opens the export window: settings on the left, the real pages on the right, updated as you change anything. Anyone who can open the dashboard can export it. The PDF shows the dashboard's current period and ad-account selection.
Document
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Title | The heading of every page. The dashboard's name by default. |
| Prepared for | A client or team, printed under the title and on the cover. |
| Notes | Up to 600 characters for the reader — at the top of the first page (up to four lines), or in full on the cover. |
| Cover page | A page of its own with the logo, title, period, ad accounts and notes. |
These settings are remembered in your browser for each dashboard.
Branding
The logo and accent color belong to the organization: every export and every scheduled report of it uses them.
- Logo — Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG (stored as an image of up to 200 KB; a transparent PNG looks best), or use the Organization's avatar. Choose its side, Left or Right, and its size, S, M or L.
- Accent color — the strip at the top of every page and the highlights on the cover.
Changing the branding needs the Manage Organization Settings permission. Without it the section is read-only: Only organization admins can change the branding. Reset returns to the default look.
Pages
- Orientation — Landscape keeps the dashboard's own layout; Portrait stacks the widgets the way a tablet shows them.
- Widgets — untick any widget to leave it out; All and None are quick toggles. The two pickers never print: the period and the ad accounts are the header line of every page instead.
The paper follows your browser's language settings: US Letter in North America, A4 everywhere else. The line at the bottom of the window says how many pages that makes. Widgets that sit side by side stay on one page together; every page ends with a Made with Level line, the date and the page number.
Download or print
- Download PDF renders every page as an image and saves the file. Quick, and it looks exactly like the preview, but its text can't be selected or searched.
- Print… opens your browser's print dialog with the same pages. Choose Save as PDF there for a PDF with real, selectable text.
To send the PDF on a schedule instead of by hand, see Scheduled reports.
