Creatives report

Rows = individual ads across every format — video, image, carousel, and the platforms' automated formats. Business and above.

A Creatives report shows every individual ad on its own row — across formats and across platforms. Where a Videos report focuses on video only, this is the full creative picture: which ads, in which formats, actually deliver.

Creatives reports are a Business feature. On lower plans the type doesn't appear in the type selector. See Plans & limits.

An open report — KPI cards on top, the type-specific table below — Creatives reports show one row per individual ad
The report viewer — Creatives reports list one row per ad.

What it needs

  • At least one ad account chosen in the report.
  • Creative data sync running on those ad accounts — the Creatives pipeline on the ad account card, separate from the regular campaign data sync, and Business and above. See Ad accounts.

Data appears after the Creatives pipeline has been switched on and completed its first load.

Formats covered

Rows cover whatever ad formats the platforms report creative data for, including:

  • Video ads (also available in a dedicated Videos report).
  • Image ads.
  • Carousel and collection ads.
  • Responsive ads (Google's auto-assembled search and display formats).
  • The platforms' automated campaign formats — Performance Max, Demand Gen, and similar.

A Meta carousel and a Google responsive ad sit in the same table, with monetary values converted into the report's currency.

Building one

  1. Type → Creatives.
  2. Ad accounts → multi-select. Ads across all of them become rows.
  3. Metrics → multi-select.

What the table shows

Each row = one ad, with your selected metrics over the chosen date range. As with every report type, KPI cards on top show the totals, Customize Metrics tailors the columns to you, and Export downloads exactly what you see.

Best for

  • Creative testing — line up variants and let the numbers pick the winner.
  • Spotting fatigue — a top ad whose CTR slides week after week is due for a refresh.
  • Auditing what's actually live — every synced ad is a row, including the ones inside automated formats.
