Videos report
Rows = individual videos across your ad accounts. Business and above — see which creatives actually hold attention.
A Videos report breaks performance down to the individual video. Every row is one video that ran across the report's ad accounts — so instead of asking "how did the campaign do?" you can ask "which video did the work?"
Videos reports are a Business feature. On lower plans the type doesn't appear in the type selector. See Plans & limits.

What it needs
- At least one ad account chosen in the report.
- Creative data sync running on those ad accounts. Each ad account has two sync pipelines — Data sync for campaign metrics and Creatives for per-ad and per-video data. The Creatives pipeline is Business and above; turn it on from the ad account card. See Ad accounts.
Until the Creatives pipeline has run on an ad account, its videos won't show up here.
Building one
- Type → Videos.
- Ad accounts → multi-select. Videos across all of them become rows.
- Metrics → multi-select.
What the table shows
Each row = one video, with your selected metrics over the chosen date range. Videos come from both platforms — a Meta video ad and a YouTube video sit in the same table, converted into the report's currency.
Video metrics
The usual metrics (cost, impressions, clicks, conversions) work here like everywhere else. On top of that, video-family metrics — views, watch-time milestones, ThruPlays — are available where the platforms report them.
Numbers the platforms show in their own UIs but don't expose directly — Video view rate, Cost per video view, ThruPlay rate, Cost per ThruPlay — are covered by formula presets: ready-made formulas you add in one click on the Metrics page. See Custom metrics.
Best for
- Creative reviews — which of the five cuts holds attention past 3 seconds?
- Deciding what to refresh — sort by view rate ascending and retire the bottom.
- Comparing the same concept across Google and Meta — the same video, side by side.
Not ideal for
- All ad formats, not just video → use a Creatives report.
- Campaign-level optimisation → use a Campaigns report.
- Stakeholder rollups → use a Segments report.
